Resolved

The MySalonBridge console appeared to have a hardware failure which resulted in the system not being accessible for a period of 30 minutes. During this time, the AWS system automatically attempted to repair the fault and launched a new, healthy instance. Teams will continue to monitor the server status for any future signs of failure.
